The second offering in Starward's bottled cocktail range, Starward Red Manhattan is a decidedly Australian take on a classic cocktail. Combining Starward's red wine barrel aged single grain whiskey with botanical infused red wine vermouth and throwing in a touch of bitters creates a distinct dram with the aroma of Christmas spices and dried fruits and a very unique flavour profile full of dark stone fruits, subtle notes of vanilla, savoury baking spices and juicy cherry tarts. Best served chilled straight from the bottle. 30% ABV.
