WHY'S THIS WINE FOR YOU?

Veuve Elise is not related to Veuve Clicquot Champagne, but it's still French and it's a very decent fizz. This is a very tasty French fizz that is oh so more-ish. Made in a Blanc de Blancs style (so all white grapes), this crisp and citrussy bubbly comes from the warm southern end of France and packs in a sunny, fruity personality with enough crisp acidity to keep it all tight.

HOW'S IT TASTE?

With its nice tight bead, this is a fabulous French bubbly. Citrus and white peach aromas follow onto the palate, which combines with delicate acidity to create a crisp, dry finish to this very refreshing wine.

HOW WAS IT MADE?

Made in a Blanc de Blancs style (white grapes only), this energetic bubbly comes from the south of France. Nice tight bubble on this blanc de blanc. Citrus notes and white stone fruits permeate this wine, concluding in a nice crisp dry finish. Fresh and light, it works wonderfully well as an aperitif.
