Created from a mash bill that contains unmalted and malted grains, distilled partly in Coffey stills and partly in Pot stills and aged in both Scotland and Burgundy, France, Michel Couvreur The Unique is truly a marriage of many worlds that creates more than the sum of its parts. The nose of Michel Couvreur The Unique has a mild smokiness and stone fruit aroma. On the palate, it is very gentle with chocolate, raisins and apricots leading to a long ginger, clove finish.
