Process = Pulped Natural-Inherit sweetness of a natural process is ideal for low altitude growing regions such as Brazil, the combination the region and process (also that this is a Peaberry coffee) creatures a uniquely perfect flavour balance. This coffee is quite clean due to this balance, it has a medium Body/Mouthfeel. As a side note, generally speaking if a coffee has a high altitude (2000m+) and is processed using a Natural method it leans towards being cloudy rather than clean/crisp.
