HOW'S IT TASTE?

This wine displays great fruit intensity and length of flavour with hints of mint, red berry fruits and floral notes. Vibrant and crisp with the perfect line of acidty to finish. An ideal match to niçoise salad, pad thai or grilled salmon.

HOW WAS IT MADE?

The fruit for our Rosé release was harvested during March 2021. The juice was run off the skins early, in order to extract only the ideal amount of colour, then inoculated and fermented cool. The post fermentation was fined, cold stabilised and filtered, then ready for bottling. The entire process was less than 6 weeks, keeping this wine fresh, lively and expressive.
