Located in Victoria's South Yarra Valley, Zilzie Wines is owned and operated by the Forbes family. After growing grapes for nearly three decades for some of Australia's best-known wineries, the Zilzie winery came into existence in 1999. The brand launched its first vintage in 2000. The distinctive and increasingly popular Selection 23 range was introduced in 2004.

TASTING NOTES

A mid to deep crimson coloured wine releasing spicy vanillin oak and juicy dark fruits aromas. You will see the palate bringing out delicious fruit flavours of plum and mulberry with subtle toasty oak and soft smooth tannins. Tickle your taste buds with this wine served with slow-roasted lamb, stuffed bell peppers or a selection of cheeses.
