This glorious grenache comes to us from Jason Schwarz, who has tapped into fruit from his parent's Bethany vineyard planted back in the 1940s. The proud style here is not your typical old school Barossan method either, with up to 25% whole bunches added for spice and complexity, plus mature oak barrels to give weight and texture without overt oak characteristics.
