Our sea urchin roe from the team at Ozi Uni are wild caught from the pristine waters of the stunning NSW Sapphire Coast through to Southern Victoria.  To lock in freshness and quality, each piece of roe is expertly handpicked, graded, and immediately packed and shipped to us.

The uni has a distinct deep savoury umami flavour as well as a fresh salty flavour from the sea. The little yellow clouds melt in your tongue the moment you bite into them because the texture is so soft. To enjoy the luxuriousness in a unique way, pair it with caviar and spread it over a biscuit or serve it as a canapé, or just eat straight from the tray!
