Cathedral Rock Estate sources premium quality fruit for their juicy and full flavoured wines from lush vineyards spread across the southwest corner of Western Australia. The winemaking team aims to craft fruit forward and easy drinking wines that can be enjoyed with a variety of foods. 

TASTING NOTES

Cathedral Rock Estate Cabernet Merlot displays deep red hues throughout the wine. The aromatic bouquet gives way to a smooth and luscious palate containing juicy flavours of mulberry and chocolate. These flavours are supported by a subtle French oak structure, ending the wine in a clean and lingering finale. With a long term cellaring potential, this full bodied red blend tastes wonderful with European dishes and red meats.
