HOW'S IT TASTE?
Traditional Provençal salmon pink with a dust of orange in colour with strawberry, peach and watermelon notes, summer petals and perfume aromas. It has a Crisp and refreshing acidity, dry finish and beautiful balance.
HOW WAS IT MADE?
Made from 80% Mourvedre and 20% Shiraz from Altona vineyard and Rowland Flat. The hand-pruned and handpicked fruit is very gently drained and lightly pressed. Cold settled and fermented in stainless steel. Bottled immediately
after settling.
